The AppDisplay website
Most AppDisplay pages can be used without an account, advertising cookies or contact forms. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, to deliver and secure the site.
BrickDisplay account sync
BrickDisplay account sync is optional. If you create or sign in to a BrickDisplay account, Firebase Authentication stores the sign-in details needed to identify you, such as your email address, provider, verification status and user ID. BrickDisplay does not create a public profile, ask for your name, address or phone number, or use account data for advertising.
Your synced collection is stored in Firebase Firestore so the app and website can show the same LEGO sets, minifigures, wishlist and Collector Mode progress. This includes the collection fields you choose to save, such as set number, name, quantity, condition, value, notes and storage location. Email accounts are sent a verification link at registration, and password reset emails are available from the app and website.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate website use and improve AppDisplay. This can include pages viewed, general device and browser information, approximate region, traffic source and clicks from an AppDisplay product page to its Apple App Store or Google Play listing. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it.
Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. Google may process analytics information on our behalf in accordance with its terms and privacy documentation. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics”. You can decline without losing any website functionality.
Your analytics choice
Your choice is saved in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Declining or later opting out prevents future analytics collection from this browser; it does not delete previously aggregated reports.
Information stored in the apps
Information you add to an AppDisplay app is stored on your device or in optional sync services you choose to enable, such as iCloud or BrickDisplay account sync. AppDisplay does not use the content you add to build advertising profiles.
App analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate app usage, performance and feature engagement. Depending on your device and choices, this may include app-instance or device information, app interactions, diagnostic information and approximate location. We use these statistics to maintain and improve our apps.
Google processes analytics information on our behalf. Where required, the app asks for your choice before enabling analytics collection. You can review or change available privacy choices in the app.
Advertising in the apps
The free versions of BrickDisplay and SewDisplay display advertising. Other AppDisplay apps may introduce advertising in future updates. Pro users do not see ads.
We use Google AdMob to provide contextual and, where permitted and selected, personalised advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, advertising data and diagnostic information to deliver, personalise, measure and protect advertising. AppDisplay does not directly use this information to identify you.
Where required, the app asks for your choices before requesting personalised advertising or using device storage and identifiers for advertising. You can review or change your advertising privacy choices from the app’s settings. If you do not consent to personalised advertising, Google may provide non-personalised or limited ads, which can still process limited information for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security and fraud prevention.
Google provides more information about its data practices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
App Store and external links
Links to download an app take you to Apple’s App Store. Apple processes activity there under its own privacy policy. This site is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.

If the website introduces mailing lists or materially different tracking, this policy will be updated before those features go live.
